Today is a sunny day! I got up at 6:00 in the morning and went out to do some excersize by routine. After that I returned home and had an apple, an egg and a glass of milk for my breakfast. I think these food are nutritious to me. Since I don't have much time to rest in the noon, my lunch are simple--I had two hamburgers, chicken and broccoli. Also, I don't feel hungry in the evening, so I just had a carrot, some salad and some water. That's my diet of today.
