Abstract: in recent years, as cities new city construction and urban renewal to speed up, a lot of commodity house completion put into use. However, the quality of building products not only affected by construction, design, construction and property management are the other factors, but also influenced by personnel quality, material quality, geological conditions, climate, time and so on many complicated factors.
This article from omni-directional affects project quality of five factors i.e. people, materials, machinery (Machine), method and environmental five aspects, this paper also whole construction of engineering project all phases of the design phase, bidding stage, construction stage (construction quality control, the preparation stage of construction process quality control), completion phase of each disciplines, respectively, in every working procedure of quality control in the construction process management method, quality acceptance requirements, points for attention and quality problems preventive measures are comprehensively, and proposed the quality control management method and control points, make whole construction project quality to achieve the stated purpose.
